Ultrathin, Flexible, and Reusable Silicon Shadow Masks Manipulated via Transfer Printing
Stencil lithography is a facile micro/nano fabrication method, but there are some challenges to be addressed. In article 2300721, Seok Kim and co-workers fabricate ultrathin, flexible, reusable silicon shadow masks, which is manipulated via transfer printing with microtipped PDMS stamp. The micro scale OTFT array is fabricated using the shadow mask and its reusability is confirmed.
