Fluorination-Induced Conversion of the Quasi- to the Normal Interchain Packing in Push–Pull Conjugated Polymer Aggregates
The fluorination of a push–pull conjugated polymer (PBDB-T) decreased the intrachain rigidity and suppressed the formation of localized chain cross-linked points in the PM6 film. These two fluorination effects resulted in the conversion of the quasi- to normal interchain packing and the enhanced H-type excitonic couplings.
